Led product strategy, solution architecture, customer engagement, and project delivery for IoT implementations involving industrial devices, edge gateways, cloud platforms, and analytics-driven monitoring solutions. Manage software delivery projects for telecommunications operators from different country. Scope of work covers complete SDLC from project initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling & closing. Main job responsibilities include project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, quality control, executing solution development, deployment and user acceptance.

Led multiple project teams concurrently and up to 10 technical resources in vendor environment to provide software development and post-deployment maintenance/enhancement services for swedish top telecommunications equipment manufacturer. Directed and implemented complete SDLC projects to develop test applications and scripts (Perl, Java, C++) for client’s GSM/EDGE radio base station products. Responsibilities include defining scope, scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking and reporting to senior management, team development and risk assessment, monitoring & controlling.

Perform software maintenance and enhancement for Motorola analogue professional two-way radio communications products with main responsibility to provide technical support and issue resolution to Motorola customer globally. Job scope includes scope definition, software release & resource planning, task assignment, progress tracking, reporting to higher management and is a member of project steering committee.

Design and develop contact-less smart card reader firmware for IRIS’s clients in project environment. Job scope includes requirement gathering, firmware development, integration and system testing. Completed 3 software development projects involving development of automation machine firmware to automate IRIS contact-less card production; firmware development and deployment for contactless smart card reader (ISO 14443 A & B type) to perform card identification, fare calculation, e-purse, backend database reporting.
