My journey has been shaped by a diverse background in strategic consulting, technology, and organizational leadership, with extensive experience bridging the worlds of advanced technology and social impact.With a solid academic foundation in physics and data science from Kyoto University and strategic insights gained at A.T. Kearney, I have spent my career leading projects that prioritize both innovation and real-world impact. At ExaWizards, I drive the AI Platform business across multiple industries, focusing on meaningful solutions for complex problems. As CEO of ExaMD, my mission is to create AI-driven health solutions that improve quality of life and ensure accessibility to all.Key achievements and strengths:• Leading a team of over 130 as Vice Captain of my university’s lacrosse team, achieving a national runner-up title, which instilled a lifelong dedication to resilience, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence.• Spearheading AI solutions at ExaWizards and ExaMD, dedicated to transforming healthcare through accessible, ethical, and innovative technology.• Serving as an advisor for Dementia Innovation Alliance of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and as a Visiting Associate Professor at Yamaguchi University Medical Department, working to align academia, industry, and policy toward sustainable solutions.Inspired by a long line of innovators—including my ancestor Shigetomi Hazama, a pioneer in Japanese astronomy and an Osaka merchant—as well as forebears who served as politicians and business leaders, I am driven by a desire to make a lasting positive impact.
