I've worked on a project that was centered around creating an AI-powered chat process that could interact intelligently with users, understanding their questions and providing relevant and coherent responses. This technology aimed to revolutionize customer service, streamline communication, and enhance user experiences. I played a crucial role in data integration, which involved sourcing, cleaning, and structuring data for training and improving our AI chat model. My work helped refine the system's language proficiency and responsiveness. Testing and refining the chat process was a vital part of the project. My responsibilities included developing rigorous testing procedures, conducting quality assurance checks, and fine-tuning the AI system to ensure it consistently delivered accurate and contextually relevant responses. Being part of this AI project meant constantly exploring innovative solutions, and pushing the boundaries of AI and NLP technology. I embraced the challenges and enjoyed finding creative solutions to complex AI issues.

For two years I've worked on maintaining engagement services. This engagement presented a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and challenging project focused on ensuring the successful deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions. As a Test engineer, I played a critical role in the project's success by leading the quality assurance efforts. This included developing comprehensive test plans, test cases and executing rigorous testing procedures to identify and address any issues, ensuring that the new systems met the client's exacting standards.

I played a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of mission-critical banking applications. Over the course of two years. I was at the forefront of automating the testing process for critical banking applications, using state-of-the-art tools and technologies. I leveraged Selenium and Java to create robust and scalable test automation scripts. These scripts played a crucial role in reducing manual testing efforts, ensuring faster and more consistent testing cycles. In addition to UI testing, I specialized in REST API testing to validate the backend functionality of banking systems. This encompassed designing test cases, executing tests, and pinpointing any discrepancies or performance bottlenecks. I actively contributed to the implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. I meticulously managed code repositories on GitHub, ensuring version control, collaboration, and documentation. This streamlined teamwork and maintained the integrity of our test automation codebase.

In addition to my design and UI responsibilities, I also took charge of testing activities for a mobile app using Appium. I meticulously designed test cases, executed test scripts, and reported defects, ensuring the app's functionality and user-friendliness.

As an Automation as well as funcional Test Engineer, my primary responsibility was to establish and maintain automated testing processes for the Human Efits project. This involved creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts, enhancing testing efficiency, and ensuring the reliability of software products.
