Leading activities to resolve and prevent particle contamination issues inside ASML's scanners, in order to prevent wafer yield loss for ASML's customers. Responsible for implementing improvements throughout ASML's product designs, supply chain and at ASML's customers.

Leading developments on ASML's installed base products, ranging from system availability & performance improvements for ASML's customers to manufacturing cycle time improvements in ASML Factories. Closely collaborating with marketing, customer support, ASML manufacturing and supply chain management. Key Achievement: Delivered a novel commercial product from ideation to industrialization + customer order commitment. Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) of a novel Hardware & Mechatronics component within the DUV Wafer Table group, aimed at improving system availability for ASML's customers. Project Size: - 10 specialists/engineers 🏆 Product received ASML’s “best customer solution” award

Leading a team of 6 test engineers in supporting R&D with installing and testing novel HW and SW. Accomplishments: - Prepared and lead the prepack, transfer, install and performance qualification of a custom EUV prototype system. - Coordinated system install activities at a customer site in Taiwan

2nd Rotation within the Shell Leadership Development Program (2yrs) Achievements: - Lead the investigation into repeating machinery failures and based on this created training material for technicians, operators and engineers

1st Rotation within the Shell Leadership Development Program (2yrs) Awarded with "Special Recognition Award" for performed activities - Providing engineering support for Netherlands upstream assets and projects. - Leading two major compressor overhauls (Scoping, tendering and QC). - Developed an integrated torsional analysis and excitation model for E-motor/reciprocating compressor combinations to ensure safe operation. - Implementing improved condition monitoring of reciprocating compressors. - Continuous Improvement Practitioner (Shell certification)

Performing Root Cause Analysis and developing Corrective Action to increase the overall quality of the F35 (JSF) manufacturing process.
