ORMIT develops forward-looking managers with leadership qualities. Personal leadership is the essence. This is underpinned with other qualities; creating links, managing processes, knowledge of business practice and the ability to translate events outside the organisation into aspects affecting the organisation. ORMIT is the specialist when it comes to talent and leadership development. ORMIT cooperates with a variety of leading (inter)national organisations from various sectors. Trainees are challenged in a series of assignments and an intensive development programme to make the best of themselves and others. The central point of the intensive focus is leadership qualities and personal development.

* As implementation manager I worked in the the Client Onboarding Program. This program aims to improve the client onboarding process for business clients for all 30 Rabobank locations (spread across the globe). * My main responsibilities where: * setting up global training courses and aligning with multiple stakeholders all over the world * stimulate effective collaboration through SCRUM methodology

Gedurende deze stage heb ik gewerkt aan mijn Masterscriptie. Deze scriptie was een kwalitatief onderzoek naar de manier waarop een data aanbieder data-gedreven innovatie met open data kan stimuleren. Dit onderzoek is gedaan in de context van de Enexis (ook een aanbieder van open data). Hierbij heb ik onderzocht op welke manier innovaties met open data die bijdragen aan de energie transitie gestimuleerd kunnen worden.

As install coordinator I am part of the team that installs ASML EUV-machines at the customer side. These machines will produce the most efficient chips that are available on the market. Since most customers are in Asia / the US, I spend 60% of my time abroad.

During this internship I helped in the organization and facilitation of a big leadership Masterclass on emotional intelligence for leaders and managers of companies on the island. Other projects I worked on where ranging from assisting in making tender proposals for new consultancy assignments to working on change management projects.

Als lid van de de acquisitiecommissie benaderde ik voornamelijk middels koude acquisitie organisaties die mogelijke vraagstukken hadden voor master studenten.

De Raad van Toezicht van Unipartners Nijmegen fungeert als toezichthoudend orgaan op het functioneren van UniPartners Nijmegen. Daarnaast verschaft de Raad van Toezicht wanneer nodig advies aan het bestuur.

MarketingKwarwei is a startup which helps SME's with their marketing and sales tasks. As an employee for this company I helped several SME's gain more customers / improve sales.
