With a Masters' degrees in public health & preventive general medecine and Bachelors' degree in Clinical Laboratory Science respectively from Central South University (China ) and the University of Lomé (Togo), I currently work as an In Vitro Diagnostics ( IVD) Equipment Hardware and Application Service Support Specialist as well as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.My expertise includes hardware troubleshooting and application support for in-vitro diagnostic systems, addressing issues such as calibration failures, inconsistent QC results, and discrepancies in laboratory test outcomes. I also contribute as a Biomedical Engineer, where I am responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of medical laboratory equipment, as well as training local engineers and laboratory technicians.I had the opportunity to work for two years with #Autobio diagnostics collaborating closely with customers and local engineers to ensure efficient equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across several african countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Mauritius, Morocco, Zambia, and Somalia.Being multilingual (French, English, Chinese, and Creole) allows me to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients, facilitating smoother technical support and stronger professional relationships.Through my technical expertise and international experience, I strive to support the advancement of healthcare technology and contribute to improving the reliability and accessibility of diagnostic solutions
