Promote a client-centric culture: - Supports Boutique Management in driving a client-centric culture within the boutique to ensure that the brand is perceived as the ultimate service destination Support Boutique Management: - Understand CRM strategy, client segmentation and objectives of marketing activities and tools, and translates them into boutique operational actions - Work with Marketing and Boutique teams to select customers based on client activity or events objectives Client Development: - Manage and act as a center to support team on building long term relationships with clients using a diverse range of tools and touch points like spontaneous gestures, in-boutique client activities, exclusive services etc.

Support Fashion Advisors on After Sales Services Cases: - Provide support to Fashion Advisors to provide appropriate After Sales advice to clients, especially for more complex cases - Work with Fashion Advisors to ensure close follow-up for all after-sales cases and provide prompt and regular updates (e.g. Technical aspects) to clients Promote the right "After Sales" mindset and culture in Boutique: - Work with Boutique Management to support Fashion advisors to elevate the After-Sales experience for their respective clients - Assist in Customer After Sales Services (CASS) user trainings at boutiques and share Quality and After Sales topics on morning briefing Administration/Coordination/ After Sales Services (CASS) update: - Indicate clearly the status and conversation with clients of the repair on both After Sales Services (CASS) and communicate to Repair Centre on the needs of clients Repair & Care Stock Maintenance: - Maintain clients' repair and care inventory and perform stock-take exercise in boutique - Work with Fashion Advisors to contact and remind clients on collection of repaired items Specialized: - Personalized eyewear adjustment. - Fine jewelry shining and cleaning service. - Authentication.

- Maintain a high level of safety standard onboard the aircraft - Provide outstanding hospitality experience - Ensure well and properly groomed appearance at all times as an ambassador of 5-star Airline - Plating meals with proper equipment per presentation standards of the airline. Together with preparing various choices of beverages.

- Achieve sales targets and ensure a maximum coverage of the hospitals as planned - Demonstrate and present products to healthcare staff including doctors, pharmacists and nurses. - Work with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and create effective plans for sales in a particular area

- Greet and direct visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner - Perform as an assistant to the secretary to MD and Coordinate schedules, arranging meetings - Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
