Since joining Premier FMCG in 2011 and stepping into the CEO role in 2021, I’ve focused on driving sustainable growth and ensuring we remain competitive in the market. Leading a company with such a rich legacy, including our 200th anniversary in 2024 and our listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, has been both a challenge and a privilege. My approach is centered on operational excellence and sustainability, aiming to enhance efficiency and impact. With a background as a Chartered Accountant and experience in both the USA and South Africa, I’m committed to clear, actionable strategies that deliver results. I believe in empowering teams to do their best work and placing the right people in roles where they can make a real difference. For me, leadership is about setting a direction and enabling others to contribute meaningfully. My goal is to ensure that Premier FMCG continues to grow sustainably while remaining a trusted leader in the FMCG sector.
