* Defining a standardise Planning way for SABMiller Africa including Role profiles, Capability acquisition paths, process designs and aligned goals and KPI’s across the African countries * Supported the Oliver Wight Integrated Business Planning in Zambia. * Implementation of an Advanced Planning solution to replace the legacy planning tools in 11 African countries. The project was completed on time and below cost. * Managed the replacement of the Central Procurement and Logistics division (Buy/Sell hub) transactional system (ERP) with a full workflow support enablement. * Centralized procurement spent and MRP information into a central data warehouse * Enabled a planning solution to support a central, multi-country planning environment.

The routing system is a system used to dynamically determine the optimum route material should follow through the production plant in order to gain the required attributes.
