About

I am a data-driven and solutions-oriented educator, with a decade of experience as a teacher and administrator. I've had success at the traditional public, private, and charter school level, as evidenced by exemplary test scores and selection to some of the top school leadership training programs in the nation. Alongside my work as an educator, I am the founder and director of Night Flight Nashville, a not for profit business aimed at developing character and basketball skills for students in East Nashville. As the leader of this program, I manage a staff of 20 volunteers that execute a 3-hour program each month. In addition to setting the vision and coordinating high-level operations, I am its chief fundraiser and marketer.
