• Manage and supervise the construction process, coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. • Implement quality control measures to ensure the durability and longevity of swimming pool and water feature installations. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including design plans, construction schedules, and as-built drawings.

• Providing instructions are being carried out and solving problems on site • Coordinates the procurement Coordination, materials delivery and ensure the material specifications based on the desired quality • Measure work done when required to review the contractor bill and check the quantities for final measurements at site • Reviews the Contract Documents and coordinates the flow of documents between project operations

• Provide support to Project / Operations / Package Manager in achieving effective management and delivery of assigned project within budget, schedule & contract requirements and achieve these through the establishment of project targets and goals • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support • Attend periodic meetings with the project management team to discuss project related issues • Involving the preparation in BOQ, Estimation, Tendering and Billing process • Coordinates the procurement delivery process and ensure the material specifications based on the desired quality • Review and verify the work orders, purchase requests and purchase orders for the project • Assist project management and contracting personnel with bid analysis and contract negotiations • Preparation of tender comparison and contract agreement

• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site • Provide oversight of the construction supervision of the concerned disciple’s aspects of the project to such that the design documents are safely and correctly implemented during construction execution • Ensure technical and commercial risk management processes are fully implemented • Prepare all the reference baseline documents, and ensure that the project is planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly • Participate in the coordination meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting. • Monitor progress and assist with taking timely corrective actions • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. • Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations
