• Manage Global Application Support for Enterprise based Integrated Application for APAC Region • Responsible for managing complex Integrated Application, which comprises the following technology: • Extended ECM (Opentext content server + Opentext Archive Server+ SAP server) • SAP + Opentext Archive server • Opentext Enterprise Scan + Readsoft + Opentext Content server + Opentext Archive Server. • Opentext Enterprise Scan + Readsoft + Filenet • Responsible for the support of the Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze based Applications. • Performs report management, capacity planning and performance monitoring. • Taken additional responsibility as Configuration management lead and Support Change management • Involve in Developing of Client Scripts and provide internal trainings. • Responsible for incident Management, Service Request Management on an account of P1 to P4 tickets • Involve in Change management and Problem management. • Responsible to ticket solving from integrated application on a count of 24x7 clock • Provide Landscape support like Production/ Quality Assurance / Development. • Responsible for providing Organization-wide meetings or communication involving Business team, • Stake Holder, SMEs, Application owners, CAB team, Project Managers, IT support team etc. • Responsible for interacting respective vendor for any getting support on top and high incidents and up scaling/upgrading the application. • Partners with infrastructure team to ensure backup and recovery strategies meet business requirements. • Works with infrastructure Team to ensure access & security necessary applied. • Provides Tier 3 technical support, and performs root cause analysis for outages and issues. • Creates technical documentation, standards and procedures with regard to system administration, including documentation on installation, system configuration, modifications, processes and procedures.

Main duties & Responsibilities are as follows: • Implementing, Managing and Administrating Extended ECM suite for SAP Solution. • System administrating Content server 10 with update 7. • System administrating Archive server with Enterprise Library service, Core and Runtime services. • Installing modules include WebDAV, Workflow, Explorer Professional, Record Management, etc. • Configuring Content server, Archive server, SAP systems with respect to xECM. • Patch management through extended ECM for SAP Solution. • Installing, configuring and administrating Archiving for SAP/DocuLink and for SAP/ECMLink for SAP.

Main duties & Responsibilities are as follows: • Managing Content Server administration (9.7.x/10.0.0) & supporting multiple clients across Middle East. • Managing Search administration. • Involved in upgrading content server from 9.7.1 to 10.0.0 • Building a content server 9.7.1 Test environment. • Setting up the 3-Tier architecture environment for content server (i.e. front end server, admin server and database with web server and External storage) • Managing cumulative patches in OpenText content server • Deploying the content server 10 on window 2008 R2 and Sql server 2008 • Configuring Content server (9.x/10.0.0) services over IIS webserver. • Installing and configuring modules • Scaling search – adding admin servers and index partitions • Setting up the content server over virtual environment for test or development instances. • Migration of index to new host • Installing language pack for content server 10. • Deployment of content server 9.7.1 for Development Workstation using oracle 10g. • Setting up tomcat webserver for content server 9.7.1

• Maintaining and updating project procedures of IM4P projects (Livelink/Assai/AHA/IDB) • Manage and Restricted access levels to items, creating user accounts and assigning them to groups with different access level security on the documents application software. • Support day-2-day Operations & Maintenance of EDMS System (Livelink9.7 Admin & Front end servers, IIS web servers, indexer & search engine) and other IM4P tool set(Assai/AHA/IDB) • Troubleshoot and resolve technical based issues. This will involve both liaising with internal (DBA/NAS Storage/Network team) & external staff (Opentext /vendors). Involve to enhance the effectiveness & efficiency of the business and the IT Dept. • Coordinate with Database Administrator to ensure access, availability and security. • Provides Tier 3 technical support, and perform root cause analysis for issues • Administer Open Text search and manage indexes. • Liaise with Project staff and IT-Support Team to ensure that changing needs are communicated back to the Project Manager/Supervisor. • Worked with the client IT team to ensure security architecture is consistent with our client's policies and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate infrastructure plans between technical teams across regions and conduct annual infrastructure audits. • Coordination with Project Leads, Business team, Project Controllers and Project Engineers. Involved in Livelink Implementations with Opentext’s Livelink consultant: • Livelink Test/Acceptance server implementation. • Upgraded multiple instances of Livelink from 9.1 to 9.7 • BLOB data migration to NAS devices using Livelink’s Blob conversion module. • DMZ server setup (Extranet services for users other than PDO domain) • DRP server setup (Disaster Recovery setup from application point of view) • New Project Creation from Livelink side to provide data integrity to other IM4P applications. • Export/ Import of document structure from one Livelink instance to other using XML / Object Importer.

• Bilingual Project: Diwan Pension Fund, Sultanate of Oman. • Use Financial accounting system consisting of General Ledger, Trial balance, Profit & loss and Balance sheet. • Module includes Fixed Asset Management and Inventory system • Developed Data entry and interface forms • Developed multiple enquiry screens based on Diwan’s legacy system data. • Created simple to complicated Oracle reports • Test and Bug fix Oracle forms and Oracle reports
