Project Management & Compliance Engineering - EV Charing Infrastructure • Led end-to-end project management and compliance engineering for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and product deployment. • Drove business development and program execution for EV charging infrastructure, aligning technical and regulatory requirements with market needs. • Managed technical programs involving field troubleshooting and AC/DC charging tests in collaboration with EVSE manufacturers and electrical technicians. • Directed compliance and certification efforts for Tesla’s EV charging equipment, securing safety verification under the Electrical Appliances Safety Control Act and electromagnetic compatibility certification under the Radio Waves Act, in coordination with Korean government agencies and third-party testing bodies. • Served as an official technical committee member for the development and revision of KC safety standards (KC 61851-1, -23, and 62196-1, -2, -3), harmonized with IEC and EN standards, under the leadership of Korean authorities (KATS, KTL, KTC, and KTR).

Project Management & Commissioning - Heavy-Duty Power Plant • Managed full-cycle project execution, including engineering deliverables, quality control, and procurement oversight—from purchasing and expediting to on-site delivery and inspection. • Directed field piping installation and shop fabrication with subcontractors and direct labor. • Led commissioning programs and field testing with vendor supervisors, covering equipment startup, performance, and reliability runs.

Business Development - Heavy Duty Power Plant Projects • Conducted market intelligence across Asia, CIS, and Latin America. • Managed key account relationships with developers, consortium partners, OEMs, and subcontractors. • Led cost estimation and project qualification. • Developed commercial and technical bid strategies, including documentation and contract negotiations.
