Leading the Part 145 Commercial team, managing FLT Group Heavy Maintenance inputs. Point of contact for FLT Group customer airlines. Project managing aircraft maintenance inputs. Including pre-input planning, managing the input & final release to service certification.

-Ensure maximum efficient operations of facilities, equipment and machinery through the direction of a technical support staff. -Recommend equipment modification for upgrades. -Assign and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and vendors. -Review and implement all mechanical specifications and manuals for current operations. -Coordinate specifications and procurement of capital expenditures. -Responsible for installation of equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility/equipment repair to support manufacturing. -Ensure all direct reports and maintenance employees receive job and safety training. -Manage fleet time to ensure command standards are met. -Conducts cost, schedule, contract performance, variance and risk analysis. -Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by quality on-time performance and best return for their investment. -Establish and track progress toward meeting the goals and objectives of process improvement initiatives. -Ensure operational personnel comply with established and applicable DI policies and procedures. -Recommend and initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and appropriate disciplinary action. Interview prospective employees and assist in the selection of new employees. -Perform other qualified duties as assigned
