The KMML is a leading profit earning enterprise which is world’s first fully integrated titanium dioxide plant. The company is engaged in the production of titanium tetra chloride, Rutile, Leucoxene, Zircon, Sillimanite, Illuminate, Monazite and Iron oxide bricks. The work experience programme that I have carried out for the preparations of this report immensely helped to understand the practical significance of theories taught in the classroom under different courses. It has provided an opportunity to make an insight into the working of this undertaking. Also, it had helped me in developing my management and personal skills. I got to know about HR department and the work handled by each of them. The valuable time spent at the firm enabled me to develop a network of contacts for future career enhancement. The work experience programme was successfully completed with this support from my faculty guide and co-operations from the top level management and the other employees of the firm.
