I work closely with different departments globally, where I proactively advise the departments in recruitment and be an advisor when it comes to recruitment and continuous improvement. I lead and drive the whole recruitment process, from initiating recruitment to hiring. I own full-cycle recruitment processes in different areas and ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way. In my role, I collaborate with our managers and stakeholders to identify short and long-term hiring needs. I improve and scale our TA practices and processes globally, always with a scientific approach.

Dignus Medical work with national and international recruitment and headhunting of doctors, medical specialists and managers to hospitals, life science companies and others in need of that competence all over Sweden and Norway. We also offer consulting services such as second opinion, testing, work and organizational analyses, project management and competency surveys. In my current role as a researcher my primary task is executive search and candidate contact. The work consists in attracting qualified candidates both in Sweden and in Europe. In every recruitment collaborating researcher and senior consultant are in a team and consult each other. - Responsible for active search and sourcing of doctors, medical specialists and managers within the healthcare sector.
