I was responsible for managing daily operations of the front of the house for a pre assigned shift. In particular responsible for table planning, assisting guests with food & beverage selection from the menu, taking orders, presenting bills and accepting payments at the end of the meal. Responsible for stock rotation & enforcing health & hygiene policy of the company.
