IFRS 17 implementation project for one of the major insurance group in Germany and Europe (secondment) – coordination of VFA SAP FPSL testing team activities (calculation & accounting area) – preparation of accounting examples and accounting expectations based on business scenarios for VFA model, preparation of IFRS 17 disclosure tables based on postings, accounting customization for VFA model in SAP FPSL – close cooperation with Actuarial, Methodology and IT teams, – analysis of IFRS 17 accounting results of life & health entities (VFA, GMM and PAA), – providing support in accounting topics for the life & health entities, providing training sessions for VFA model

– coordination of the audit engagements related to the standalone and consolidated financial statements of insurance companies under Polish Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards – coordination of the Solvency II audits for insurance companies – coordination of the financial due diligence projects for insurance companies – taking part in accounting advisory projects for insurance companies – close cooperation with Managers and Partners in the realization of audit & advisory projects, cooperation with the Tax, Actuarial and IT Departments, building relationships with clients and direct supervision of the work of junior audit team members

– coordination of the audit and review engagements related to the standalone and consolidated financial statements prepared under Polish Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards for companies operating in financial sector: insurance companies, pension funds, financial and insurance intermediaries, bank – coordination of the Solvency II audits for insurance companies – taking part in banking due diligence projects – close cooperation with Managers and Partners in the realization of audit & advisory projects, cooperation with the Tax, Actuarial and IT Departments, building relationships with clients and direct supervision of the work of junior audit team members

- assisting in audit and review of standalone and consolidated financial statements prepared under Polish Accounting Standards for companies operating in financial sector: insurance companies, banks, pension funds, financial and insurance intermediaries, leasing company - assisting in audit and review of group reporting packages prepared under IFRS - responsibility for internal controls testing, performing substantive procedures and test of details in particular sections and parts of financial statement - verification of accounting and substantial correctness of financial statements, reports of the Management Board’s activities and independent auditor’s report - preparation of audit documentation, analysis and reports - taking part in Solvency II project - coordinating work of less experienced team members - taking part in due diligence projects - daily cooperation and contact with clients and accounting department staff

- keeping books (full accounting) for lending companies (posting journal entries including: loan portfolio booking, accruals, prepayments, deferred income, loan and bond interest, payroll, bank statements, invoices etc.; keeping of tangible and intangible assets registers; calculation of monthly corporate tax advances, WHT and VAT) - performing month-end account closing activities and reconciling general ledger accounts - preparation of monthly and annual tax returns (VAT, CIT) - preparation of statutory financial statements according to the Polish Accounting Act and IFRS - preparation of customized monthly management reports (consolidated balance sheet and P&L; costs reports) and other reports (GUS) - support of external audit procedures and cooperation with external institutions (tax authorities, Financial Ombudsman, KDPW) - keeping in constant contact with customers and maintaining positive relationships - taking part in reporting process to trade repository (KDPW) under the EMIR Regulations

- posting sales and purchase invoices, bank statements and other accounting documents into the Comarch ERP Optima, - preparing and sending balance confirmations - executing month-end processes, such as reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables - supporting the Accounting Department in day-to-day activities

- assisting in day to day accounting tasks - posting invoices, bank statements, cash reports into the accounting system – Comarch ERP Optima
