* Responsible for providing horizontal support to the Project Management Unit (PMU) of ERRIN by coordinating all logistical aspects of the project. * Acting as an interface between the Project Managers and Administrative Assistants and supporting the finance team in project financial administration. * Planning and organising project activities, ensuring that the project activities are managed according to the approved project documentation, work plans and budgets and in line with applicable rules and regulations. * Organising and supervising the work of the Administrative Assistants, ensuring high quality and timeliness of outputs. * Contributing to the overall planning of the project and the formulation and drafting of concepts and budgets.

Evaluation of project proposals, reviewing budgets, drafting contracts, monitoring projects' implementation (EU Neighbourhood South and EU Neighbourhood East).

Overall administration of all EPD projects - Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Tunisia, Morocco, Kyrgyzstan and Egypt. Project management, support to local partners, regular monitoring of in-country activities, narrative and financial reporting and advocacy at the EU level.

* Supporting the overall financial management of ICMPD projects * Controlling the financial aspects of all types of contracts (donor, expert and procurement contracts) and the procurement processes ensuring adherence to ICMPD´s Financial Regulations and internal control procedures * Monitoring and controlling budget allotments and expenditure ensuring accurate and efficient deployment and utilisation of financial resources in line with established rules * Contributing to accurate financial reporting to ICMPD donors * Monitoring the allocation and assessing staff costs on regular basis * Monitoring project partners’ expenditures in projects, checking financial reports, and verifying supporting documents * Acting as Certifying Officer, ensuring that financial obligations and expenditures are in accordance with approved budgets and ICMPD´s financial rules and donor contracts * Reviewing contract conditions and contract terms and certifying for acceptability * SAP

Overseeing the preparation of all EED grant agreements (including budgets and reporting templates). Reviewing beneficiaries' financial and narrative reports (EU neighbourhood South and EU Neighbourhood East). Assisting EED grantees in their reporting. Monitoring of projects' implementation (including regular monitoring missions).
