I have over 10 years leadership experience with broad training in biochemistry including cloning, expression, purification and biophysical characterization of proteins from bacteria, yeast, insect cells and mammalian cells. My expertise in biophysical analysis includes surface plasmon resonance (SPR), isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC), circular dichroism spectroscopy (CD), high pH anion exchange chromatography with pulsed amperomeric detection (HPAE-PAD), static and dynamic light scattering (SEC-MALS, DLS), fluorescence spectroscopy (FRET) and mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF). I possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities, and I am an articulate communicator with strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
