Reporting to CEO, I served as CBO for space market development and satellite applications, and as Executive Project Manager of European Space Agency (ESA) contract execution for flight on-board EQM equipment development. Project execution management on behalf of Prime Contractor of 3 partner consortium. EEE-component and services procurement, reporting to ESA, partner negotiations, market research and daily operations.

Reporting to CEO, business operations control and development. Responsibility for LIDA and EU supported projects in collaboration with Institute of Electronics and Computer Science. Market analysis and technology application search, competitor analysis and investment opportunity search in Latvia, EU and worldwide. Daily company and team support, solution of the financial and legal issues with accountancy department and lawyers. Budget planning and coordination. Company presentation at B2B matchmaking events, conferences etc.

Reporting to Director of Engineering, I lead Snap Latvia operations, launched office from scratch, managed operations for ±90 onsite/offsite team members, including remote operations support to other Snap branch entities.

Reporting to CEO. Aminostream is a global joint venture, which holds a proprietary technology for ultra high purity optically active non-protein amino acids production. Support to entrepreneurial team of the project in daily business activities, customer search and relationship establishment, interactions with scientific team of the project in Armenia, logistics organization issues, expert search and competitor analysis, monthly reporting to investors and daily project support with accountancy department.

Reporting and assistance to company CEO, located in Canada. High-performance rangefinders and 2d/3d scanners using time-of-flight and photon counting measuring technology, delivering greater performance to existing rangefinders and scanners but at a lower overall cost. Managing or project and business activities at local level with contractors and scientific team. Daily project necessity support with accountancy department. Monthly budget reporting to investors. Project presentation at investment sessions and scientific conferences.

Support to company CEO, entrepreneurial and scientific teams in daily company management activities, market analysis, expert search and contact establishment, contractor coordination and time frame distinction, employee documentation and accountancy support. Communication maintenance with international certification agencies, Latvian governmental institutions and support networks. Monthly budget reporting to investors and daily financial issue activity support with accountancy department.
