With over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, I have developed a strong network of candidates, clients, and partners, and a deep understanding of the market trends and industry demands. I am passionate about exploring and enhancing ways to add human capital to the success of every organization, learning techniques and processes for operational excellence, and seeking out leadership and knowledge bases to educate myself on strategic thinking.
