• Drive searches end-to-end for all Tapestry positions for corporate • Develop recruitment strategy both for external and internal candidates • Source, assess, interview candidates and manage offer process • Partner with HRBPs to manage sensitive situations, decision-making, and on-boarding process • Lead the internal mobility experience and conversion rate results to promote company as a talent growth platform • Lead and drive various projects and initiatives • Represent Tapestry as a best-in-class “employer brand” and drive employer branding initiatives

• Manage and operate both corporate and high volume retail recruitment activities • Implement new recruitment methods : Renewal of recruitment website / creation of recruitment cards to be placed in stores and advertisements on receipts / renewal of referral recruitment program

• Manage office HR matters with recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing • Responsible for all corporate recruiting activities in key office positions • Develop and promote direct sourcing and referral program • Control outsourcing vendor to ensure yearly and monthly payroll • Operate Compensation & Benefit strategy • Payroll & HR transfer projects for carve-out brands

• Responsible for all retail recruitment process both mid-career and new-grads • Responsible for updating and maintaining the HR database for payroll • Prepare HR budget and manage/control payroll related costs and headcount • Handle the employee relations • Responsible for monthly reporting of headcount, payroll cost and org chart • Prepare and monitor and track the Incentive payment for retail • Plan and conduct the new hire orientation, collaborating with retail team

• Design Retail Recruiting Strategy and Planning and operation of all processes covering 3 channels (Shop-in-Shop/Stand-alone Store/Outlet), in total; 440 shops • Posting job advertisements: in excess of 3,000 a year and contacting 8,000 candidates • Hiring more than 500+ people a year: via 4 in-house recruiters • Organizing and promoting internal hiring such as Job-Posting, Referral and Rehiring • Supervising 3 team members via monthly one-on-one meetings and mentorship

• Managed Mid-career & New-Grads hiring both HQ and Retail • Created new online career site on corporate homepage and developed ATS • Designed and implemented College Recruiting program
