Kiwa Lang

I’m a senior product leader with a background in building and scaling complex hardware–software platforms in startup environments. Co-founded a technology company where I served as Chief Product Officer, owning product strategy, system architecture, and execution across design, engineering, and manufacturing. My work has spanned early concept development through to production deployment, with responsibility for roadmaps, trade-offs, and long-term platform decisions. I bring a systems-first approach to product development, informed by an industrial design background and real-world experience operating under financial, technical, and organizational constraints. I’m particularly interested in platform products, infrastructure, and tools where clarity, governance, and execution quality matter. Outside of core product work, I have a long-standing interest in physical asset investing, collectibles, and product ecosystems, which informs how I think about ownership, trust, and long-term value.
