Duties: Fabric & material develop & sourcing a wide range of garment in middle-upper range, time & action implementation, monitoring production schedule in the group, costing negotiation, quality standard control, monitoring delivery schedule, fabric/garment testing control, negotiator with enthusiasm to achieve preset business objectives, work closely with oversea designers/company designers/factory independently, especially on sample developments. Internal job design, job assign, staff training, appraisal and agenda/recap/minutes/Summary/Strategy reports arrangement. Trouble shooting problems with sourcing and merchandising correspondence from development until shipment, internal and external crisis management, troubleshooting, and monitor the regular updating system of logistics documentation and deliveries. Goods return management. Leading a merchandise team (2 managers, 2 senior merchandisers, 7 merchandisers & 5 assistant merchandisers).
