Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. I am respond for all incoming IPLC, IEPL, or any type of project from international and domestic customer and conclude the information making the project time plane and finished on time line. I have usually working with customer and partner in Thailand such as TOT, CAT, Symphony, Jastel, True, TCC, The cloud DC, and for international partner is Fibercomm, Maxis, Fiberail, MPT, Mytel, Telcotech, CMI, and all partner in neighboring Countries of Thailand.

My duty is to monitor and resolving the problem and make sure that customers can use their link smoothly and powerfully. Create the report and also acting like service delivery function to cooperate with another partner and customer for provide the new link before RFS date. I am working with a lot of provider from every interconnect border or Thailand such as HGC, GTC, Mytel, Fibercom, Ezecom, LTC ETL. I always use the SDH (Marconi, Huawei) and DWDM (Acatel-Lucent) technology for this type of circuit that's why I have the deep knowledge in that field.

Responsibility with all kind of service and manage our staff (8person) to monitoring the all network continuous preventive maintenance system is regularly set to minimize potential failure even during normal operation. And create the incident report for the service outage and the summary fault report

My duty is ensuring continuity and availability of all network continuous preventive maintenance system is regularly set to minimize potential failure even during normal operation and always contact with the customer for resolving the problem as fast as possible and also expand the technical language to the easy understanding for the end customer. Revised the configuration the equipment per customer requirement. We have many kinds of service such as SDH TDM DVB Metro Ethernet DWDM. I’m working with many equipment from multi-vendor for the example is Ericsson, Nokia Foundry Hitachi Huawei Alcatel lucent etc.
