As a Dealer Support Representative at SunPower, I collaborate with U.S.-based dealers to ensure smooth supply chain and order management operations. My responsibilities include creating sales orders, monitoring shipment status, issuing packing lists, and closing orders upon delivery confirmation for proper revenue recognition. I also receive and qualify customer POs (through online systems or mailboxes), send order confirmations within defined SLAs, update and maintain existing orders, and support dealers with returns (RMAs), complaints, and ad hoc requests while ensuring compliance with company policies and controls. Additionally, I participate in UAT and other process improvement tasks to strengthen operational efficiency. As an Interconnection Coordinator and Administrator, I manage the end to end utility interconnection process for residential and commercial solar projects. I work closely with homeowners, dealers, internal teams and utility companies to prepare and review interconnection documents, assist with agreement completion and submit Permission to Operate (PTO) applications. I track utility approvals, address deficiencies/escalations and ensure all requirements are met until PTO is granted. Through accurate documentation, proactive coordination, and process improvement, I help ensure compliance, timely approvals and a smooth transition to clean energy.
