Cochin stock brokers board has given additional charge of Chief Executive officer in the absence of CEO. The nature of work includes · Preparation of monthly profit and loss account. · Budget preparation and reporting variance to board · Laison with banks and financial institutions. · Accounts Finalisation work of Stock Exchange and it’s subsidiary company Cochin Stock Brokers Limited. · Preparation of payroll and monitoring monthly and annual PF return filing. · Preparation and filing of service tax returns. · Delegating duties to subordinates and maintaining accounts upto date. · Suggesting changes required in the existing software for MIS reports preparation. · Interacting with Statutory and Internal auditors. · Providing details for filing Tax Audit return. · Looking after the Administrative department of both the companies.

I was appointed as Internal Auditor and later Promoted as Accounts officer. The nature of work includes · Responsible for maintenance of books and records. · Internal Audit of Branches. · Follow up and rectification of audit irregularities. · Assisting Vice president finance for Finalising the accounts.

I was appointed as Internal auditor of Muthoot Leasing and Finance Ltd for carrying out audit of branches in various places in Kerala.The nature of work includes · Monthly Internal audit of Branches and Head Office. · Follow up and rectification of irregularities pointed out in previous reports. · Submitting the Internal Audit comments and place report on the measures taken by the branches for rectification before Audit Committee.
