* Fee Earner - Lender Services * Hamlins LLP is a law firm based in central London with a strong commercial and real estate litigation department providing advice to business clients in a range of practice areas. * I work as a fee earner within a team acting for a major UK mortgage lender. * My role includes: * Managing a high volume caseload and decided the necessary litigation steps. * Liaising with clients regarding litigation decisions. * Contacting Defendants to agree repayment plan and resolving litigation disputes. * Drafting: * witness statements; * agents instructions; * instructing advocates; * letters to clients and relevant third parties; * applications to Court to enforce possession orders, apoint a personal representative, serve proceedings out of jurisdiction. * Regularly interacting with department manager and Partners.
