By using my experience within the financial and construction sector my role provides customer journey improvements using the industry leading AGG SMART, designed for the Aggregate and Volumetric market. I helped with the implementation and improvement of the system to improve how customers receive their concrete rather then having a 2-4 hour time slot and hoping the concrete turns up on time. Running office operations and procedures to ensure staff are trained and confidant when discussing concrete requirements with any customer who requires concrete from DIY builders, Civil Engineers and Ground Workers and builders merchants. Carrying out BSi Audits and ensuring all QMS policies are adhered to and monitored. Working with other stakeholders to develop our shipping software and record concrete cube test results from our UKAS testing Lab. Maintaining a PCI complaint operation and liaising with Credit Agencies to build on our customer portfolio.
