Project: Technology Integration Office (TIO) - US based energy client · Led the Program Management Office (PMO) and developed a comprehensive three-year roadmap for the successful post-merger technological integration of a $5.3 billion merger deal involving two US-based energy services customers. · Identified, mapped, and managed cross portfolio dependencies/conflicts based on architectural diagrams and interaction of different systems and applications. · Setup program management office (PMO) to facilitate progress tracking, identification of risks, issues, costs, and dependencies. · Developed and maintained project documentation, including project plans, schedules, RAID logs and status reports, to ensure project transparency and accountability.

Project: Desktop Virtualization – US based financial services client · Successfully led the ITSM support team for a US-based financial services company, overseeing the migration of 45,000 users to DaaS (Desktop as a Service) platforms. · Managed a team responsible for handling incidents and service requests through IVR, emails, and chats, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues. · Organized and led project status and scrum meetings using Agile PM techniques like Kanban board. · Interface with client, resolver groups and Application Owners (AOs) to track migration activities and troubleshoot recurring application issues.

Co Op Project: Pursuits Americas– US based Lifesciences Client · Overseen a study understanding the rationale for last 10 years M&A deals on Volume vs EBITDA value and thus projecting the acquisition dynamics of upcoming decade.

Project: Automobile Aftersales – British automobile manufacturer · Implemented a rigorous root cause analysis process to identify quality control issues, resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction by 15%.

I had a detailed study of all the types of cranes namely gantry,tower and movable cranes used in construction sites. I was deputed to one of the sites, getting a real look at the functionality, steps of precautions, safety checks,capacity and the efficiency of the cranes deployed. I also analysed the stress distribution of Crane Hook by Ansys thus illustrating the stress distribution. It was an enthralling experience to really get accustomed to the modern method of construction and various new technologies during the process.
