As a Senior Executive Human Resources at GYAN ERA LEARNING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, I manage and build processes that are essential to meet and exceed the operating goals of the company. My core competencies include problem-solving, presentation skills, and communication. I am passionate about talent management and employee engagement, and I have demonstrated this during my internship at Valeda Herbal, where I created and implemented a program for effective team management. The program included components such as communication, motivation, feedback, transparency, delegation, flexibility, reward, and training. The program resulted in increased employee confidence, satisfaction, and productivity, as well as reduced turnover and absenteeism. I also handled the hiring process for the business development team, sourcing and selecting the best candidates for the company.
