With more than 35 years’ experience across automotive, aviation, telecoms, logistics and travel, I operate at board and executive level, aligning technology strategy with commercial performance, customer outcomes and long-term enterprise transformation. My experience includes large-scale enterprise modernisation, operating model transformation, supplier and commercial restructuring, data and AI enablement, cyber resilience, governance and organisational capability building. I have led international teams of 350+ and overseen technology investment and transformation portfolios of up to £700m across complex global estates. Most recently, I led enterprise-wide technology, data and AI transformation at Bentley Motors within the wider VW Group ecosystem, helping reposition technology as a strategic business capability aligned to long-term business performance and transformation. This included improving financial transparency and governance, simplifying a fragmented estate, embedding value-led delivery, advancing organisational data and AI maturity, improving operational visibility through automation and insight, and delivering c.25% cost optimisation through supplier transformation and commercial restructuring. I am passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders and creating cultures of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
