Kirsty Lin

Kaiwen Lin, was a Communication Supervisor in the electronic component manufacturing industry. After resigning from 7-year job in China, she pursued and graduated her MBA in University of South Florida and is currently working towards MS in Finance. When she was with AT&S, the global leading manufacture of high-valued printed circuit board and IC substrate, she coordinated cross-functional departments to secure government grants of one million dollars. She established 13 effective internal communication channels for the new factory. She led and managed environment protection awareness activities that cover 500 schools. She enjoys photographing working people and got the “Community Humanity Photographing Award”. She serves in Living Faith Tampa Church and Friend of Internationals in USF.
