As a member of the NSW Department of Finance and Service’s Executive Committee and leader of its human resources function, Kirsten created and implemented the People Strategy to enable the department’s 6,000+ workforce to achieve corporate priorities. Kirsten also contributed to the creation and implementation of sector-wide employment legislation reforms, which introduce talent management, capability development and performance frameworks.
