Part of KBR’s Mission Tech Business Unit, I serve as the lead talent partner for the Defense & Technology Solutions (DTS) Mission Engineering (ME) Division. I support the Mission Solutions, Mission Readiness, and Mission Sustainment Operating Units, as well as all corporate functions across the division. Directed Summer Sports Programs as well as year-round Tennis classes for 14+ staff and 80+ children ages 4-15 for the Howard County Dept. of Recreation and Parks.

By promoting an open dialogue with a diverse range of scholars and their guardians, I designed and delivered highly interactive history and government lessons relating to each student's needs and interests following state and federal curriculum measures. Tracking data, I assessed student development daily and profoundly magnified delayed students' learning outcomes by implementing after-school and lunch study hours.

During my one-year appointment to the council as part of Maryland Governor Larry Hogan's Cabinet, I represented all primary and secondary education students in Maryland to government officials and external sources. I designed, drafted, and published formal and online social media communications, which enhanced our engagement statewide, as well as established and administered events across the state to obtain data that we analyzed to create MYAC's Legislative Platform.

Reporting to Maryland's Board of Regents and the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs, I advised the counsel on matters relevant to student concerns at the state's 15 public post-secondary institutions. I formulated solutions to such situations and successfully lobbied and established a bereavement procedure available to students across institutions.
