I am responsible for Global Mobility and Compensation & Benefits at Siemens gamesa Renewable Energy. Main responsiblities are design and implement global Mobility and C&B strategies and practices in more than 50 countries to attract, motivate and retain employees and candidates ensuring fair and competitive reward packages to reasonable cost. As single point of contact for management, HR and countries my team and me consult in market benchmarks, position evaluations and local compensation & benefit design. In my former role at Siemens AG I was responsible for the harmonization of the global incentive process for 5000 Senior Managers worldwide administered in Success Factors with interfaces within ~180 countries. In 2005, I started in Siemens AG with a global project to harmonize the global delegation processes and implement those in an IT Tool to facilitate collaboration between countries. Former employers are Siemens Business Services, TUI AG, TUI Suisse Ltd. I hold a MBA from GISMA Business School in cooperation with Purdue University. I am married and have two sons.
