* Founded in 1984, LEAF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designed to secure, manage and distribute resources that enrich educational experiences for Lansing School District students across all grades. LEAF's primary goal is to provide all children attending district schools with the opportunities, tools and experiences they need to learn, excel and prosper in their communities - and far beyond. * Current Funding Priorities: * Math and Science * Health and Physical Wellness * Visual and Performing Arts * Scholastic Achievement * Annual Fund Raiser/ Community Awareness Committee

* Industry Leader in outsourced Food & Facilities services with over $12B in annual revenue 255,000 employees in 22 countries. * Increased student participation in the midst of a declining enrollment. Implemented Breakfast-In-the-Classroom, raising breakfast participation from 20 to 80%. Diversified meal selection options in the secondary buildings, implemented fresh fruit&veggie bars in elementary schools, implemented CommunityEligibilityOption program, raising participation from 50% to 68% in High Schools. * Active in community Relations. * Board member for SPARC (School Procurement & Resource Consortium), * Board member for LEAF (LansingEducationAdvancementFoundation), * Worked w/ Lansing School District to set up a new Hospitality School.
