Managing software development department focusing on Digital TV domain. Department consists of 40+ software engineers, PMs, QA engineers, UI/UX designers forming the teams to run several projects in parallel. Areas of our expertise are: - Embedded platforms based on Linux, RDK, AOSP and AndroidTV on most popular SoC - Middleware & players development: DVB/ATSC stack, HLS/DASH/Multicast - Applications and portals: Mobile, Web, SmartTV - Backend services - AI-features optimized for set-top box hardware My main duties: • Setup and maintain internal processes • Strategic planning • Plan and control department budget • Report and communicate directly to CEO, CTO, CFO • Run interviews and build the teams • Develop and integrate motivation system
