Designed search indexing strategy and relevance tuning. - Integrated data ingestion pipelines using Apache NiFi to aggregate data from multiple databases into Elasticsearch. - Worked with Kafka to implement event-driven services, including a notification service for Voice of Employee / Employer (VoE) workflows. - Developed a voting platform for the annual internal corporate awards, supporting high concurrency and transparent vote aggregation. - Acted as a technical mentor and onboarding lead, helping new developers ramp up quickly, reviewing code, and sharing best practices. - Collaborated closely with product owners, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
