**Mainly project based procurement - Husky, BHP Macedon, BP Angola, ONGC, BHP Stickle, Apache, and AWE campaigns. **Co-ordinating & purchasing of high quality competitively priced components & materials within company policy & procedures using SAP system. **Prepare, issue & analyse Requests for Quotation & recommend potential supplier of goods based on cost/quality and performance. **Administration of the procurement cycle from quotation to the timely delivery of components & materials **Maintain inventory system. **Measure and improve vendor delivery and quality performance - AVL **Ensuring purchased, sub-contracted & manufactured items are effectively planned to meet business requirements ** Interact with 3rd Party Supplier and Sub-contractors including other Cameron sites for purchasing needs and services **Ensure purchase variances in order to protect profit position **Liaise with accounts payable in approving for payment invoices for goods received **Interact with all Operations Personnel and Project Managers/MMR Coordinator/Engineers and key stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met. **Assist with maintenance and improvement of procedures, Standard Work Procedures and specifications in line with ISO9001 requirements.
