Restaurant Brands Asia Limited is a leading QSR Business Group owns and operates Burger King restaurants in India and Indonesia Market As a Group CTO I am responsible for Technology Strategy, Technology Business partnering, Project Delivery, Tech Support, Training, and Building & Developing the Tech team at Restaurant Brands Asia. Developed a two to five-year strategic roadmap for Technology and as a change leader, contributed to Digital transformation, significantly improved Digital customer experience and In-Store Customer Experience by enabling best in-class Technology solutions.

I am responsible for planning the information technology future for the organization, discovering & delivering solutions, implementing IT enabled business changes, evaluating emerging technologies & road-maps for the business.

Responsibilities: • Setup Information Technology for India Business. • Responsible for discovering & delivering solutions, implementing IT-enabled business changes, policies, process, planning, evaluating emerging technologies & roadmaps for India business. • Execute strategic business initiatives, IT & digital strategy, business applications and platforms, IT infrastructure, Information security, Sourcing/vendor management, financial management etc.

Responsibilities: • Responsible for Discovering & Delivering technology solutions, implementing IT-enabled business change, evaluating emerging technologies & roadmaps for the business. • Managed Risk and Compliance; Design & implement IT policies; Licensing and Asset Management. • Approved and monitored major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance. • Reviewed performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements. • Overall responsibility for strategy, planning and execution of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013.

Responsible for Applications development, implementation and support for Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. Responsible for IT operations of 16 retail outlets (Big Bazaar's, Brand Factory's, Pantaloons & Central) in South India. Support for Application, Hardware, Infrastructure, POS, SAP, Mails (Lotus Domino) and other peripheral. IT Infrastructure and Application roll-out lead for new retail outlets.
