Highway Design Engineer with 15.5 years of professional engineering experience in the field of Highway Design projects and Infrastructure roads in Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, UK & India. Experience includes Geometric Design of Highways – Design of horizontal alignment and vertical profile, intersection and interchange design, calculation of earthwork, preparation of detailed cross-sections, Design of super elevation data, grading, parking facility, signing and marking, estimation of quantities and other typical and detail engineering drawings using Bentely MX Road and Autodesk Civil 3D softwares. The experience includes highway geometric design by using IRC codes/ specifications with help of software like Civil 3D, MX Roads, Inroads, Microstation.The experience also covers coordinating surveys of various traffic and engineering components such as classified traffic volume survey, O-D survey, speed and delay survey, parking survey, turning movement survey, road network inventory survey, pavement condition survey, Benkelman Beam Deflection surveys, Axle Load surveys and Sub grade investigations etc., and carried out detailed analysis. Has good hands and working knowledge on all prominent softwares: MX Road, In Roads, Civil 3D, Microstation, Auto CAD, Global Mapper.
