I build systems that make global expansion predictable for consumer brands. My journey began by creating cross-border SaaS tools that helped SMEs expand internationally -simplifying regulatory readiness, pricing, channel strategy, and e-commerce activation. To deeply understand execution in the real world, I went on to found, license, and partner across multiple consumer brands, scaling them into retail and e-commerce across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Those two threads - software + hands-on category execution - led to the creation of Scale Global, a market expansion and execution ecosystem that integrates regulatory enablement, distribution, retail & e-commerce operations, commercial planning, analytics, and scale acceleration for consumer brands across Asia & the Middle East. Through Scale Global, I’ve worked closely with emerging and high-growth brands across beauty, personal care, wellness, and nutrition, and have built deep conviction around what it really takes to turn cross-border ambitions into sustained commercial scale. Today, I’m building Zivyo - the Expansion OS. Zivyo transforms years of cross-border execution know-how into intelligence, workflows, and AI-assisted decisioning - helping brands move from market discovery → launch → scale with speed, confidence, and structural advantage. I’m passionate about the intersection of: • consumer brand building • cross-border expansion • operational systems and networks • software, AI, and intelligent automation I believe every great product deserves the opportunity to win globally when given the right intelligence, infrastructure, and distribution pathways.

Built and operated early cross-border commerce, SaaS, regulatory, and market expansion infrastructure for consumer and CPG brands across Asia and the GCC. Through Scale Labs, I worked across brand incubation, international market entry, distribution enablement, retail & e-commerce operations, and commercial scale — while also building early SaaS and digital enablement tools to streamline cross-border expansion workflows across onboarding, regulatory readiness, pricing, channel strategy, and market activation. This journey laid the foundation for Scale Global’s AI-orchestrated expansion infrastructure platform.
