Designed a 300-kWh battery-pack enclosure with integrated liquid cooling and vibration isolation; performed FEA for material sizing and fracture mitigation to withstand 10 g. Authored and filed multiple patents on novel wake-generation mechanisms. Designed the swim-platform mounting system and a rotating ski pylon; released production-ready engineering drawings with GD&T.

Led feasibility of an AI/ML recipe-optimization tool, aligning the vendor and internal stakeholders on use cases, data access, and success criteria. Served as technical liaison between the vendor and process teams, translating fab workflows and KPIs into model-ready datasets and experiments. Built and executed process recipes to validate model recommendations against baseline flows and co-developed the deployment plan.

Worked in Intel's process control system to develop models for dry etch operations in semiconductor manufacturing. Created scripts and functions in C# and Python to improve efficiency and reduce quality errors. Assisted in development of indicator program to predict scrap events.
