At Lendingkart our vision is to simplify MSME Lending for both the "Customers" and "Banks" by solving the most complex aspects at fast speed, which even the large institutions are not able to solve at desired pace. I manage strategic direction - working towards the vision of establishing Lendingkart as one of the top Lending platforms in India. Currrently at lendingkart we are powering the lending industry across various use cases such as Co-lending, Lender’s market place, Credit underwritting, Collections with over 30+ partners. These partners are much bigger than Lendingkart and their trust in our capabilities is a clear testimony of our technology superiority in the MSME Lending world in India. Joined at the begining of the Platform business today I have successfuly grown the platforms business (2GTHR) to ~80% of the overall Lendingkart business, extending across 30+ partners and growing.

At Amazon I have built and scaled large scale products globally in Fintech and Payments industry such as Amazon pay wallet, Giftcards, Lending, Amazon global payments etc. At Amazon I had the opportunity to work both in US (seattle) and India where I worked on powering both Global and India first products. While in US i got the oppotunity to scale the largest payments platform scalling which powered the payments to Amazon vendors across the globe. In addition I also got the opportunity to enables the launch of other products such as Amazon Lending and Sustainability. In India I scalled the platforms which powered the overall growth the Amazon Pay products such as 'Amazon Pay Wallet', 'Amazon Pay Gift card' (India's largest gift card brand) and other powerful payment use cases such as pre-booking etc.

Management and Architectural Skills: With multiple successfully executed projects under by belt, My role at Oracle Consulting Services involve Managing and Architecture of Big multi-million Dollar Projects involving Coordinating with C-Level Executives, Involvement in Aggressive Sales activities, Solution Architecture / Execution and Managing Multicultural Teams in Onsite and Offshore models. As part of Oracle Consulting Services I have worked on Big projects for Multiple Clients in industries, such as Oil and Gas, Financial services,Telecommunication and Manufacturing.on Various Complex implementations and Solutions

State Street Trust an Bank is in Process of Implementing Oracle Applications R12 for their Global Locations for the Streamlining of their Procure to Payment System, Contracts Execution process and Financial Systems. This includes extensive Implementation on Purchasing, Accounts Payables,Contracts, Sourcing Sub-ledger Accounting,Accounts Receivable, Supplier Hub & Life Cycle management as well. My Role in the project is as Solution Architect and Functional Lead with range of activities including • Gathering Requirements by interacting with different business teams from multicultural origins round the globe (completed US and Canada, & Europe). • Mapping Business Processes to Oracle application R12 Functionalities and Identify Gaps to build Custom Solutions. • Functional and Technical Design of the Business Solutions using Oracle Applications, 170 Systems, Ominifind and Oracle BI. • Writing Design Documents Including BR30, BP80, BR100, MD50 and Reviewing MD70 for the development team.

A highly motivated, team-oriented professional with varied experience of working on Oracle applications EBS Projects including Pre-Sales, Implementation, Development, Product management and Support projects with different Oracle Versions like 11.5.9, 11.5.10 and R12, I posses a consulting and leadership style that is well conversant with different Operational and implementation methodologies and vast experience in Coordinating with multicultural teams. Currently, I am working as Project Manager and Solution Architect on Oracle Applications R12 Implementations project for GE Corporate (One of the Biggest Oracle Applications project) from UST Global Inc.
