In 2004, I founded Powerlite Electricals Pvt. Ltd. with the vision of creating a company that would deliver world-class transformers built on trust, quality, and engineering excellence. What started as a one-man vision has today become a respected organization with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Spectrum Industrial Park, Kadi, advanced testing facilities, and a dedicated workforce that reflects the culture of trust and performance we have built. Over the years, my journey has been one of wearing many hats — engineer, entrepreneur, strategist, mentor, and financial steward. In the early days, I was involved in every detail: transformer design, material procurement, quality checks, client negotiations, and even supervising testing. Those experiences shaped not only Powerlite’s DNA but also my leadership style, grounded in discipline, customer focus, and continuous improvement. My Focus Today • Driving strategic direction and preparing Powerlite for the next phase of growth. • Expanding manufacturing capacity to cater to higher MVA and voltage classes. • Building long-term client partnerships with utilities, EPC contractors, and industries. • Mentoring and empowering a skilled team to drive innovation and operational excellence. Key Milestones I’m Proud Of • Delivered thousands of reliable transformers up to 220kV class across India. • Commissioned a modern manufacturing facility with advanced testing infrastructure. • Built a strong supplier ecosystem and loyal workforce aligned with Powerlite’s values. • Earned the reputation of a trusted mid-sized manufacturer competing with large established players. Future Vision The journey of Powerlite is far from over. My vision for the next decade is to: • Scale capacity and diversify product lines. • Enter export markets in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. • Focus on energy efficiency and sustainable designs. • Position Powerlite as an IPO-ready organization with global competitiveness.
