Responsible for Subsea Testing & Perforation Product Lines • Establishing a high-performance supply base for NPD by studying and understanding part drawings, GD&T, machining processes, and matching it with vendor capabilities. • Leading RFI/Q/P (Request for Information/Quotation/Proposal) and negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives of the new product and awarded POs to most competent bids. • Maximizing value of tools in terms of Total cost of Ownership by studying the products using “aPriori” software. • Collaborating with the engineering team towards onboarding new suppliers and negotiating contracts with them to ensure level loading of suppliers and quick TAT on NPD parts. • Evaluating current and prospective suppliers through supplier reviews, site visits and audits, in coordination with Supplier Quality teams, to assure supply capabilities, on-time delivery, quality and service.

• Conducted a detail analysis of active parts of a Low End High Volume Tech Centre to derive Optimum Order Quantity and avoid inventory costs as well as repeated PO’s. • Negotiated strategies with suppliers on going “Lean” by reusing thread protectors – an essential but non-value adding packaging component of perforating guns and thus helping achieve cost avoidance for the tool assembly.

• Prepared Specialty Item Datasheet used International Standards (ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.11) for selecting P-T Ratings of material groups, deciding material related parameters like pipe-wall thickness, insulation type and thickness. • Modelled Level I piping and piping supports using Caesar II for carrying out stress analysis of critical lines. • Developed and maintained engineering documents like the line lists and isometrics using tools like PST, PDM.

Designing, testing and assembling engine and engine components and tuning them to suit a Formula1 styled single seater race car to compete at Formula Student Germany.
