This was a challenging and yet incredibly fulfilling role. Training, mentoring and developing young people through all aspects of life. Training musicians and singers, travelling both nationally and internationally singing, playing and speaking. We also as a team did a lot of work with the lower end of town. Seeing hope that somebody cares, loves them and would take time out for them was incredible. Helping young families, youth and teens find a vision, passion and purpose for their lives. Setting them up for their future both relationally and in their career. Helping young married people and young families navigate what can sometimes be lonely busy lives. We also travelled speaking on many family, personal and motivational issues, including teaching young people how to navigate the dating game to come out the other side as close as possible to being unscathed, and doing things as well as possible to allow for a strong healthy marriage and family.
