* Managing End- to- End Recruitment especially in Finance, IT and Customer Service * Establish and maintain partnership with Hiring Managers * Facilitate AC's * Proactively sourcing & engaging potential candidates * Managing the selection, offer, negotiation, closing, relocation and administrative components * Liaise with external sourcing colleagues

* Taking part in the recruitment of white-collar and blue-collar workers for a multinational automotive company * Pre-screening incoming CV-s, conducting telephone interviews * Handling and updating CV database * Keeping contact with candidates * Scheduling on-site interviews and organizing assessment centers for the client

* Managing the entire recruitment process for multiple clients * Developing key relationships with clients * Sourcing / screening / interviewing candidates * Continuous candidate and client management during the selection process * Close cooperation with other business units * Recruitment of blue- and white collar staff * Keeping contact with candidates; consulting, preparation for Client-interview * Organizing, managing and evaluating Assessment Centers, liaising with both Managers and Candidates, Scheduling interviews
